This fee includes:

(1) 4ft table

a 4 x 6 ft space 

Tentative Event Itinerary for Vendors

Vendor Call Time: 4:30PM

This allows for an hour of setup time before VIP Guests enter for a VIP Cocktail hour with the designers at 5:30PM 

General Admission doors open at 6:00PM

Show Starts at 7:00PM and will end at around 9:00PM

I would suggest not packing up until the room clears, as guests may still want to shop
