Designer - 12 Look Collection

NCF SPRING24 SHOW 

Models will be provided for this event as well as hair and makeup.

Call time for designers on day of event is:

2:00PM at the latest.  to insure final fittings and final rehearsal.

**The venue will be open for your arrival as early as 

9AM if you need time for on site alterations. **

We HIGHLY recommend showing up early in the day to assure all of your looks are fitted and give time for any alterations to be done before 4:00PM

This means that any sewing machines and excess supplies and equipment needs to be packed and loaded into personal vehicles, and collections need to be hung in order and labeled with the provided model cards on your designated rack. The event space is not huge and our backstage area is limited, so we won't have room for machines, excess people, steamers, etc. We ask that you handle most of your fittings prior to event day! We can help coordinate those if necessary! Final fittings MUST be complete by 4:00pm as final setup will begin, and all personnel other than event staff, designers, and models, must leave the premise until their ticketed time!

At 5:30PM we will have our Pre-Show VIP Cocktail hour with all designers present. We ask that you are finished finalizing your collection and be available to mingle with VIP guests for 30 minutes prior to General Admission Doors opening, This is for your benefit to mingle and network with potential clients who are more serious about fashion. 

General Admission doors will open at 6:00PM. At this time you are able to finish preparing for the show which will begin promptly at 7PM

Each 12 look collection will have roughly 10-12minutes per show. 

Each 6 look collection will have roughly 5-7 minutes per show 

This time includes a 2 minute margin of time for you to intro your collection before your show starts. 

each model/look should have between 10-12 minutes to change between shows. 

this means we will take your hair and makeup looks into consideration, but ultimately will need to find happy mediums for general looks across the board. 

We will have between 24-30 VIP Guests that will receive Event Tees and Swag Bags! We highly recommend  supplying us with at least 30 business cards, marketing material for your brand, and/or a gift from you (this can be something small) but this will give you the opportunity to personally market to our VIP Guests and to give them something to remember your collection by!
